Our expertise in feeding technology has led to the development of the AllinOnecounter, an advanced counting system specially designed to count a wide range of products quickly and precisely.

With an advanced, fully integrated counting sensor that counts products with high accuracy and reaches speeds of 20 to 300 items per minute, our counting system delivers maximum output with precision.

How does the counting system work?

The counting system consists of two parts.
First, there is the buffer section with a capacity of 5 litres, into which the parts can be poured. From this buffer, the parts are guided to the second section, where they are sorted so that a narrow stream is created with the parts neatly aligned one behind the other. This makes accurate counting possible.

The parts then fall through the counting sensor window into your packaging machine, bagger, or into a collecting bin. Depending on the product, the final parts can be counted down slowly to further increase accuracy. Everything can be adjusted via the touchscreen panel.

The process starts with bulk quantities being poured into a bunker or hopper, after which the contents are converted into an exact piece count using different techniques.
